Re: What is honor?
Fri, May 12, 2006 - 1:31 PMDo we not comprimise everyday? What is the measure of my existence? What is honor? Is it not more profound if my dilema is the choice between my dearly held ideals and my life or the life of my family?

Re: What is honor?
Sat, May 13, 2006 - 9:45 PMLack of hypocrisy is definitely important in the definition.
But when I close my eyes and think of an honorable person, I also think of a person that allows themselves to have a calling in life. This person is not trite. -

Re: What is honor?
Thu, May 18, 2006 - 8:39 PMpleanty of people are trite. triteness and lack of originality have nothing to do with whether or not one is honorable. If ones code of honor has to do with being trite, then one remains honorable, if ones code of honor has to do with being dishonorable one is honorable.
honor is the vacuum of hypocrisy. -
